PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 14 days from ship date, for a product cost refund. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. Item must be received by us, within 14 business days of return request.

After 14 days, only warranty related services are available, per each items warranty terms.

To qualify for refund, equipment items must be returned in their original packaging with all packaging cushion and wrapping material. Items must be undamaged, unbroken, unscratched, clean, in new original condition with all parts.

Damaged items or those missing parts will be assessed a damage and restock fee from 20% to 100% depending on damages.

Returns will not be accepted without an approval and an RMA number. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

You must have an original receipt, in the name of the client submitting the RMA request. Receipt must be from an Authorized MaxiMist Vendor.
Third party receipt transfers, or receipts from non authorized vendors will not be honored for service, repair or refund. Please contact the party you purchased your item from for assistance.

Cosmetics, solutions, gun cleaner, disposable sticky feet or nose filter items are not eligible for return. Please do not return these items.

Free cosmetics and solution samples packs added with equipment were provided to you at no charge. These are not to be returned.

Please remove all samples of said products from your return, and keep or dispose of. This prevents leakage and damage to your equipment items.

For in warranty service returns, please only return the item part needing service. (Example, if spray system base has no power, only return the base. Do not return guns, cups, hoses etc). Returning of excess items, can cause item loss.

You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the MaxiMist Service Center. You will be contacted by a MaxiMist agent to collect Credit Card or Debit card information for shipping costs, before repaired items can be returned.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or service. Receipts validating your warranty, must be from a MaxiMist Authorized Seller, with Name and address match of the party submitting the request.

1. Create a Request for an RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP/CREATE AN ACCOUNT and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address, phone number and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip, and shipping label.
Carefully package and Ship your item. Save your tracking information.

We recommend you purchase product insurance, and ship with UPS. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping due to incorrect or poor packaging by the customer. Item must be received by us, within 14 business days of return request.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

An item must be returned in the original or similar manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
